1 Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and porsea4d ("Platform", "We"). This document governs your access to and use of all services, games, features, and content available through the porsea4d platform.

By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the porsea4d platform — whether through a web browser, mobile app, or any other interface we provide — you expressly agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out here, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this overall agreement.

If you are registering on behalf of a company or business entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms. In such cases, references to "you" throughout this document include the entity in question.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use the porsea4d platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Having full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement in Malaysia.

• Not acting as an agent, representative, or contractor for any individual who is not eligible to use the porsea4d platform.

Porsea4d reserves the right to conduct eligibility checks and identity verification at any time. If the information provided is found to be inaccurate or in breach of eligibility requirements, porsea4d reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the account in question and withhold any balance associated with the irregular activity.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to register one account only at porsea4d. Multiple account registrations by the same individual – whether using a different name, phone number, or IP address – are strictly prohibited and constitute a breach of these terms.

During registration, you are required to:

• Choosing a unique username that is not offensive to others.
• Setting a strong password and keeping it confidential at all times.
• Registering an active and valid Malaysian phone number for OTP verification purposes.
• Providing accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information, including your full name, date of birth, and contact details.

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place within your porsea4d account, including instances where your account is accessed by another party with or without your knowledge. porsea4d strongly advises against sharing your login credentials with anyone and recommends logging out after every session, particularly on shared devices. If you suspect your account has been compromised, please contact the porsea4d support team immediately.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

Porsea4d accepts deposits via recognised and legitimate Malaysian payment methods, including DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, FPX via Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks, GrabPay, Boost, and ShopeePay. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

Transaction Limits:

• Minimum deposit: RM10 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM30 per request.
• Daily withdrawal limits are subject to account tier and may be increased upon request once full identity verification has been completed.

5 Bonus & Promotions

Porsea4d offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a Welcome Bonus for new members, weekly reload bonuses, cashback, and special promotions tied to Malaysian public holidays. All bonuses are subject to specific conditions stated on the relevant promotions page and the following general terms:

• Each bonus may only be claimed by one account, one phone number, one IP address, and one device.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash until the specified rollover requirements are met within the allotted time frame.
• Bets placed using bonus funds cannot be combined simultaneously with other promotions unless stated otherwise.
• For Sports Betting bonuses, a minimum odds of 1.50 is required for bets to count towards rollover calculations.
• Cancelled, rejected, or refunded bets do not count towards rollover calculations.
• If the rollover requirement is not completed within the specified period, the remaining bonus balance will expire automatically.

6 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the porsea4d platform are final and cannot be reversed once confirmed by the system, except in specific circumstances such as match cancellations or technical errors acknowledged by porsea4d.

• Minimum and maximum betting limits vary depending on the game type, sports category, and betting market selected.
• Porsea4d reserves the right to restrict or reject any bet suspected of forming part of an abuse strategy or fraudulent activity.
• In the event of a technical error affecting the display of odds or betting limits, porsea4d reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the funds to the member's account.
• Bets placed after the official cut-off time for a match or game will not be accepted and will be returned.
• Porsea4d uses certified random number generators (RNG) for all casino games to ensure fair and random outcomes.

Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform, use automation software or bots to place bets, or collude with other players to manipulate the system constitutes a serious breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure along with forfeiture of all funds in the account.

7 Casino Games & Live Casino

All casino games available on porsea4d – including live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo, poker, and slots – are operated in accordance with the standard game rules set by the respective game providers. Detailed rules for each game can be found within the game interface itself.

9 Responsible Use

• Registering more than one account for the purpose of claiming bonuses multiple times.
• Use of stolen credit or debit cards, fraudulent payment details, or payment methods made without the account owner's authorisation.
• Using automation software, bots, or any other technological tools to exploit the porsea4d platform.
• Colluding with other members or third parties to manipulate the odds or game outcomes.
• Any form of money laundering or use of the platform for illicit financial purposes.
• Creating an account using another person's identity or falsified information.

Porsea4d works closely with Malaysian authorities and financial institutions to combat fraud and financial crime. All transactions are continuously monitored and analysed. 11 Account Closure & Suspension

Porsea4d reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months (inactive account).
• At the member's own request to permanently close their account.

In the event of an account closure that does not involve fraud or a breach of terms, porsea4d will return any valid remaining balance (excluding bonus funds with incomplete rollover requirements) to the member via the same payment method used for the last deposit. This process may take up to 7 business days.
